Do I have to switch to NBN?
Once NBN is available in your street you will have a period of time to make the switch over to NBN prior to the ageing copper network being decommissioned. If you fail to arrange a connection to NBN with an ISP (Internet Service Provider) in the allotted time frame, you will be disconnected and have no phone or internet access.
